All countries developing the tourism industry are interested in the growth of tourist traffic from Germany. Travelers from this country are not only distinguished by their curiosity and good manners, but also represent a fairly wealthy stratum. This means that they easily leave a significant amount of money as part of foreign travel. Our country is also interested in German tourists. Therefore, at the initiative of our Embassy in Germany, the Association of private tourism agencies of Uzbekistan (APTA) and the JSC "Uzbekistan airways", it was decided for the first time to organize a presentation of the country's tourism potential at the international exhibition "f.re.e - Die Reise- und Freizeitmesse", which held annually at the end of the winter season in the Bavarian capital Munich. In 2020, the exhibition runs from 19 to 23 February. And according to the forecasts of the organizers, it is expected that more than 150 thousand people will visit it. By the way, according to statistics, 93% of visitors to this exhibition plan their travels on the basis of information obtained here. The expositions of "f.re.e - Die Reise- und Freizeitmesse" spread over a total area of ​​86 thousand square meters and cover the entire spectrum of the travel and leisure market. At a single national stand, JSC "Uzbekistan Airways", tour operators - members of "Avrud", "Elan Express", "Ulysse Tour", which present the local public with attractive directions of ecological, skiing, historical and architectural, cultural and educational, gastronomic and other types of tourism in our country. The growth of tourist traffic from Germany will be facilitated by the fact that from April 2020 it is planned to start regular air traffic on the route "Tashkent-Munich-Tashkent".
