Tourism is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy. In the current conditions of intense competition in the world economy, the main factor in ensuring stability is the expansion of production, the improvement of the quality of services and services provided. At the present stage, one of the main tasks is the high-quality training of specialists in the field of tourism, capable of quickly adapting to the environment, ready for practical activities, able to apply modern technologies, and to determine the most promising and flexible solutions.

A striking example of effective cooperation and partnership aimed at increasing the competitiveness of the tourism industry of Uzbekistan in the international market is the mutually beneficial interaction between the Association of private tourism agencies of Uzbekistan (APTA), the Academy of Hospitality and the non-governmental educational institution "ERIELL prof education". The above organizations, on the basis of advanced foreign experience, strive to introduce innovations in the tourism sector.

The next stage of mutually beneficial partnership was the Training for corporate business trainers "Interactive methods / fundamentals of andragogy". The event took place from 16 to 19 April 2021 at the "INTERNATIONAL HOTEL TASHKENT". Experts from the Russian Federation, line managers of leading foreign hotels were invited to the training as speakers and trainers. The coaching staff is being prepared for the STC - Samarkand Tourist Center. The complex is being built on an area of ​​212 hectares on the coast of the rowing canal in Samarkand. According to the project, the center will have 10 facilities, including a congress hall, hotels and recreation areas. The STC will take over the functions of a tourist hub. The complex will create all conditions for organizing interethnic events and the start of active work of the STC is scheduled for 2022. This means that high-quality training of coaches and specialists in the field of tourism is of priority importance for the period of preparation for the launch of the STC tourist complex.
