Representatives of the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan took part in the international festival dedicated to Europe Day on May 6 of this year.

Europe Day is a showcase event and fair for projects funded by the European Union, the largest European event of the year.

At the stand, APTA representatives presented the MOST project and the results of the work done to introduce green technologies into tourism organizations.

In addition, training manuals and handouts published with the financial support of the European Union within the framework of the SWITCH-ASIA program and the MOST project, which reflect information about the project and the development of sustainable tourism in general, were demonstrated.

The Europe Day festival is a vivid example of effective bilateral cooperation between Europe and Uzbekistan in the field of tourism and other areas, which allows us to see the proposed prospects for future cooperation.

For reference: The MOST project aims to promote a new optimally structured model of sustainable tourism in Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, which can contribute to the preservation and strengthening of local cultural heritage and traditional values, as well as environmental protection.
