The Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan (APTA) organized educational seminars-trainings in the Bukhara region for the owners of guest houses, as well as potential owners of guest houses.
21 participants took part in the training seminar.
During the seminars, the participants mastered such topics as: receiving guests, managing a guest house, the basics of financial planning and marketing, etc. In addition to theoretical tasks, they were also clearly demonstrated and shown the high level of service and aspects of the life of accommodation facilities.
The participants also noted that this training seminar allowed them to improve their knowledge, as well as increase their skills and competencies in the field of tourism.
