In the period from June 23 to July 15, 2022, in three regions of Uzbekistan, within the framework of the European Union's «Central Asia Invest V» program and the USAID «Future Growth Initiative» project, 3-day training seminars «Effective management of a family guest house» were held.
 
Training seminars was held for owners of family guest houses, as well as for those who wishing to open a family guest house, organized by the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan (APTA) with the support of the EU and USAID.
 
Considering the high interest of the business community and the high potential for tourism development in the Republic of Uzbekistan, 8 three-day training seminars were organized within the framework of the project in a promising CBT tourism destination in Namangan, Andijan and Fergana regions.

The above seminars - trainings took place:
- in the Fergana region: the city of Rishtan, the villages of Avval and Vodil;
- in Andijan region: Khanabad city;
- in the Namangan region: the villages of Chodak and Nanai.
 
In total, 170 people were trained within the framework of training seminars in three regions of Uzbekistan. (Among them: 117 participants were women, 61 are young people). Representatives of state institutions and students also took part in the training seminars.

Within the framework of the training seminars, the participants successfully mastered such topics as: the basics of organizing a family guest house, architectural and planning, engineering and sanitary conditions, guest house management, receiving guests, catering, leisure, etc.
 
At the end of the three-day training program, participants were awarded certificates of participants in the training seminars.
