The organizer of the tourism forum, the Association of private tourism agrncies of Uzbekistan (APTA), made a lot of efforts to ensure that it was successful and at a decent level. This was also facilitated by the support of the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the Development of Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the "Uzbekistan airways" NJSC.

Here they believe that this particular format is the most effective tool that allows you to optimally present your capabilities and find new partners. It allows you to get acquainted with various representatives of the tourism industry in one day, get information about new travel companies and services provided, and establish successful partnerships. "Tashkent Travel Mart" took place on April 15, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency Tashkent hotel.

As the director of "Tashkent Travel Mart", Gulchekhra ISRAILOVA, said in her speech at a press conference, this team is focused on companies offering services in the field of tourism and aiming to establish new contacts and strengthen ties with partners. The event was held for the first time, but nevertheless, aroused great interest and brought together many representatives of organizations working in the tourism sector. Tourist organizations of Azerbaijan, Greece, Georgia, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Russia, UAE, South Korea and other countries of the world took an active part in the exhibition "Tashkent Travel Mart".

Representatives of foreign tour operators, airlines, online services and financial institutions, interested in establishing mutually beneficial cooperation, had an excellent opportunity to demonstrate their services and services, and find new partners in Uzbekistan. The exhibition "Tashkent Travel Mart-2019" was attended by more than 300 representatives of the tourism industry of our country. And what is especially noteworthy, foreign companies participating in the exhibition held negotiations with representatives of about 60 travel companies in Uzbekistan in one day.

The people of Uzbekistan now have great opportunities to travel around the world. And thanks to the development of information technologies, as well as high competition in the air transportation and tourist services market, distant countries are becoming much closer and more accessible. The tourism industry of Uzbekistan is actively developing. Thanks to the attention and support of the country's leadership, it begins to play an increasingly important role in the development of our economy.

Many foreign airlines also see great potential in the Uzbek market. The exhibition "Tashkent Travel Mart-2019" was attended by: EmiratesAirline (UAE), S7 Airlines (Russia), KOR UZBEK AIR AGENCY (South Korea), Orange2Fly (Greece), AEROTUR (Russia). On the eve of the opening of "Uzbekistan Airways" NJSC of regular direct flights Tashkent-Tbilisi-Tashkent, tour operators from Georgia were invited to the event, whose presentations aroused great interest from the participants of "Tashkent Travel Mart".

On April 15, the day of the exhibition, high activity was observed throughout the day. And this demonstrates the growing interest of the travel industry in such meetings. Therefore, it was decided that the 'Tashkent Travel Mart" exhibition will be held every year. Also, the APTA plans to hold similar events in other cities of Uzbekistan - Samarkand and Bukhara.

The prospects for the tourism industry are very large and the APTA, expressing the interests of tour operators, hoteliers and family guest houses in Uzbekistan, will implement a wide range of activities aimed at further developing the tourism industry of our country. The press conference ended with a drawing of a number of prizes for its participants, the owners of which will now be able to make exciting tours both in our country and foreign countries.
