From now on, citizens of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens and stateless persons using the services of accommodation facilities are taken into account when entering the automated information system "E-Mehmon".

Registration of citizens arriving at hotels, medical institutions, sanatoriums, rest homes and other similar institutions in all regions of Uzbekistan, permanent and temporary registration of foreign citizens and stateless persons is carried out in accordance with the procedure approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated October 22, 2018 No. 845.

In accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 433 dated July 10, 2020 "On measures to create favorable conditions for the restoration and development of the tourism industry in the Republic of Uzbekistan", in order to improve the system for monitoring the movement of local and foreign citizens across the territory of the Republic , the information received on further plans and their effective implementation, the above procedures were amended accordingly.

Now all persons who have used the services of accommodation facilities, including citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, foreign citizens and stateless persons, must be counted in hotels, medical institutions, sanatoriums, rest homes and other institutions on the basis of identity documents, by the administration of these institutions by entering to the automated information system "E-Mehmon".

Registration is carried out not within 12 hours, as before, but at the time of their arrival, regardless of the length of stay and the frequency of his arrival.

The heads of hotels, medical institutions, sanatoriums, rest homes and other organizations providing accommodation services are encouraged to strictly observe this procedure.

The introduction of these procedures is aimed at ensuring the safety of health and property of local and foreign tourists, protecting their legitimate interests, and providing guaranteed services.
