On behalf of the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a working group led by the Minister of Transport's advisor and the management of Uzbek airports visited Tashkent International Airport, named after Islam Karimov, to conduct a survey of incoming passengers and studied the quality of service in the field of air transport.

Citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign tourists took part in the survey. Respondents emphasized the convenience and efficiency of the online airline ticket purchase service and the accuracy of the online flight schedule. At the same time, as the survey showed, the most popular way to buy airline tickets is through airline ticket offices.

In addition, the survey participants rated the level of the helpdesks and the timely provision of flight information. It is also worth noting that tourists rated the quality of the catering services (food) on board as excellent.

In addition, the passengers gave specific recommendations for the development of the service quality, in particular the question of expanding the product range in the local duty free and improving the foreign language skills of the airport staff etc. was asked.
