Applications for travel organizer subsidies are accepted
The subsidy is provided by the travel organizer to cover part of the cost of travel tickets and hotel services for trips of local tourists in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
At the same time, in accordance with clause No. 33 of the Regulation "On the procedure for returning part of travel expenses in Uzbekistan from the republican budget," approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated February 24, 2021 No. 100 "On additional measures for the development of domestic and pilgrim tourism", it is required to apply in writing or in electronic form to the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan at the end of each month and no later than the 15th day of the next month in accordance with the form specified in the regulatory legal acts.
The following documents are attached to the application:
-information about the applicant's name, location (postal address), TIN and account details at the servicing commercial bank;
- Copies of documents confirming the payment of air and train tickets (a list including the contract, invoice, as well as the tourist's passport data as an annex to the contract);
- documents confirming payment for services provided by the organizers of accommodation (electronic invoice, cash or terminal checks, bank payment documents with a list of passport data of tourists specified in the annex to the agreement) to local tourists;
- copies of tourist vouchers.
In accordance with the requirements of the charter, it is reported that applications for covering the costs of travel organizers in August will be accepted until September 15th.
We remind that the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan allocated subsidies to travel organizers in the amount of 57,430,115.48 soums in June, 223,955,047.43 soums in July and 97,246,227.00 soums in August.
