Meeting with participants of the Project of USAID’s Future Growth Initiative.
Was held a working meeting of the Chairman of the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan Israilova G.B. with USAID Regional Mission Trade Advisor Robert Parker.
At the meeting, the Chairman of APTA informed the participants about the progress and results achieved in the framework of the Project "Development of CBT tourism in Uzbekistan, by improving the professional competencies of rural residents." Phase I.
The meeting also discussed plans for the implementation of joint actions, which include: creation of educational video materials for representatives of CBT-family guest houses of Uzbekistan, development and implementation of a classifier for family guest houses based on best international experience, organization of media info tours for owners of family guest houses and other events planned within the framework of the Project "Development of CBT tourism in Uzbekistan, by improving professional competencies of rural residents" Phase II.
