The majority of tourists visiting Uzbekistan for tourism purposes are women
According to the State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Statistics, in January-October 2022, 4,195.9 thousand foreign citizens visited the republic for tourism purposes.
Of these, 2149.0 thousand (51.2%) are women, 2046.9 thousand (48.8%) are men.
