Meeting of APTA representatives with NEXTRADE GROUP representatives within the framework of USAID BSP Project: New Solutions for Tourism Development in Uzbekistan
On May 17, a working meeting was held in the office of the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan (APTA), bringing together representatives of APTA, representatives of NEXTRADE GROUP and USAID Business Supports Project.
This meeting became the beginning for planning new projects aimed at developing the country's tourism sector.
In particular, key issues that play an important role in the future development of tourism in Uzbekistan were touched upon.
The participants of the meeting expressed their desire and readiness to implement joint projects aimed at improving tourism infrastructure and increasing the level of digitalization of the industry. APTA representatives noted that such initiatives will help attract more tourists, improve the quality of service and create new jobs.
