On 8 August 2024, a workshop on «How to improve work efficiency and avoid newbie mistakes was held in Bukhara as part of the «APTA Networking club». This event brought together novice players in the tourism market of the Bukhara region who want to deepen their knowledge and improve their competencies in the field of tourism. The main goal of the meeting was to increase the level of professionalism among new participants in the tourism business and provide them with support on the path to successful development.
The main speaker was Timur Alimov, the head of Minzifa Travel, which has been successfully operating in the tourism market for 13 years. Thanks to his extensive experience, Timur Alimov shared valuable knowledge and practical recommendations with the participants. He covered several key topics that are important for newcomers to the tourism industry.
The first topic the speaker drew attention to concerned effective marketing and successful promotion of tourism services on the international market. He emphasized the importance of choosing the right marketing tools, analyzing the target audience and creating a unique offer that can attract foreign tourists.
The workshop also discussed the use of various payment systems. Timur Alimov spoke in detail about the pros and cons of various payment methods, and also gave recommendations on choosing the most convenient and profitable systems for working with foreign clients.
