Methodological manual is released: How to include word of mouth on a cross-border itinerary?

Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan (APTA) within the framework of The USAID Future Growth Initiative has released a new methodological manual entitled “How to include word of mouth on a cross-border itinerary?”.
This publication is designed to help tour operators create unique and in-demand tourism products that can win the hearts of travelers.
The manual contains practical advice on managing tourists' expectations, personalized approach to each guest, as well as effective methods of working with feedback. Special attention is paid to how to make cross-border itineraries particularly unique.
It is about the opportunity to show your country through the eyes of locals, to boldly raise topical issues and actively interact with tourists. An important role in this process is played by guides and tour leaders, who can make the trip unforgettable, departing from the templates and offering tourists a personalized experience.
The author of the manual, Evgeny Zalberg, is a recognized expert in the tourism industry with more than 15 years of experience. During his career he has managed to work as a guide, tour leader, corporate trainer, managed a tourism region on the side of a large international tour operator.
