An expert from Germany held a training for Amirsoy Resort staff
On November 7 this year, in the Tashkent region, Amirsoy Resort hosted a training for the staff of the reception and accommodation service and the ticket office of the ski resort.
The training was organized by the Association of Private Tourism Agencies of Uzbekistan with the support of the Main Department of Tourism and Cultural Heritage of the Tashkent region.
Trainer: German hospitality expert, economist-educator with professional experience in the field of catering and hospitality (development of quality standards for hotels and restaurants, development of checklists of work processes in various areas of the hotel / restaurant business) - Fred Schur.
As part of the training, the above personnel of Amirsoy Resort were trained in the following areas: verbal and non-verbal communication and complaints management.
